Many of our students are involved in Durham Christian Union's Story mission week from 15th to 19th February.

There will be lunchtime and evening talks in a large marquee in a field off Quarryheads Lane and it is hoped the initiative will see 4,000 students contacted. Let's get behind this and pray for our students are involved and that God will move through Story.

Each weekday there will be lunchtime talks at 1:05pm, focusing on key objections to the Christian faith including the Bible, tolerance, suffering, free will and the Resurrection.

Weekday evening talks, at 7:30pm, will feature speakers including Hindu priest-turned-Christian Rahil Patel, former Ulster Volunteer Force member Billy McCurrie, Professor David Wilkinson and retired Major-General Tim Cross.

Story Café will run in the marquee each weekday from 12:30pm to 3:30pm.

Finally, there will be Global Story, events aimed at international students, in Kingsgate Bar, Durham Students’ Union, on February 13 and 20, both at 7:00pm.
