The Emmanuel Centre: November Giving Update

Last November, we had a month of giving for The Emmanuel Centre.

We are thrilled to have raised £21,500 during this month.

The Emmanuel Centre (TEC) is our new building, across from The Durham Centre. It is currently being converted into a 500-seat auditorium. You can read more about the vision for TEC, and the call from God to expand and ‘enlarge the place of your tent’ (Isaiah 54:2) here.

Thank you to everybody for your generosity and for joining us on this adventure.

Work is underway at TEC, with heating and auditorium walls being installed.

£9,960 Raised In International Sunday Offering!

A few weeks ago, during our International Sunday celebration, we took up a special offering as part of our worship.

The offering was taken for two reasons: partly as a thanksgiving offering for having been granted planning permission for The Emmanuel Centre, and partly to help a church in Pune, India with church planting and leadership development.

It was announced this morning that this offering raised an amazing £9,960! We are thankful both to God for his provision, and to all of you for your generosity in helping us to reach this sum.

We look forward to seeing how God uses this money now!
